Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions. Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat.
  4. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place both halves cut-side up on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Warm the refried beans in the microwave, then spread them evenly over both bread halves.
  6. Top with the taco beef, then sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
