How To Make Easy Step By Step

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  3. Add remaining oil and garlic to the same pan. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in wine (or broth) and simmer for a few seconds.
  5. Add cream, mustard, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
  7. Warm for another minute. Top with fresh parsley and serve.
